Just found the potted soup on YT and thought I'd do a search before posting here cant believe I missed this thread. Such a great channel!
Has anyone tried to make this potted soup/broth leather yet??

Yeah I tried the portable soup and will give it another go again soon. My slow cooker was a timed one and didn't have a heat setting, so it overcooked it too quickly so mine ended up like a 1mm thick sludge on the bottom. Have a slow cooker I am going to use to do it again as I am really keen. Unsure what the best cut of meat to use here would be, I think I used some brisket bones for my first go. I do all of my own stock at home so can see how it will work for sure.
