Hi all, I buy grated tasty cheese from Aldi and I always have it on hand frozen for cooking etc. Some blocks of cheese tend to become crumbly after they have been frozen so I buy and use them unfrozen. My chest freezer probably contains about twenty bags of frozen grated cheese as part of my preps and at minus 25 Celsius I expect it will remain good for generations if I don't use it!
