Made this the other day but have only got around to posting today! I have actually found a way that I can eat corned beef. Now this is probably fiddly to make but it was fun trying it! Ingredients 1 tin of corned beef 1 large onion (use onion powder instead if you dont have fresh) 1 clove of garlic (can use powder as well if you want) 3 cups cooked pasta 1 jar of pasta sauce 1 cup of the grated cheddar block (see picture) 1 cup of carnation tinned milk 1/4 parmesan cheese Herbs like parsley if you like Method Get pasta on to cook Make cheese sauce - Mix cheeses in with milk and heat on stove until thickened. Add more cheese if you need to. Fry onion and garlic in some of the fat (no need to use precious oil) from corned beef. Add corned beef once onion etc is cooked and break apart corned beef while frying it. Add pasta sauce and mix through. Add drained cooked pasta and stir all together. Press down in pan and pour on cheese sauce. Simmer for about 5 mins until liquid has reduced down. Cheese sauce will get runny so when you take of stove let the pan sit for a while until it cools and sauce thickens a bit. Attachments:

The hand break does it almost the same and it's not to bad, she adds sliced tomatoes. Good times all round.
