This is a great smoothie that i have wanted to try and make with food storage ingredients! It is just as nice as the regular type! Ingredients 2 TBS of Maple Syrup Large pinch of cinnamon (use two fingers and a thumb Haha) 1/2 Tin of blueberries 250 mls of coconut milk ( I used the powdered form) or you can make with milk, but the coconut gives it a great flavour. 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Place all in a blender and blend! (I want to get one of those hand crank blenders) So I forgot to take a picture of the finished product but did of the ingredients! Attachments:
