G= granny's advice... she made it through the great depression and a war or two with a hubby and 8 kids to feed, most of the time with no electricity... makes me feel humble and a bit weak thinking of the work that entails

J is for jump starter (Surprisingly no-one in China seems to know how to use them (or pretty much any other tool unless they're a tradie). Last time we needed a jump start, we had two friends come to help and then not do it cos they didn't believe how the jump starters work. The mechanic who came out also didn't use them, instead connecting an emergency battery for a quick charage up).
