There have been lots of threats between the US and Iran after punishing US sanctions. A number of oil tankers shot at or sabotaged. 

China putting tariff on more US goods, Financial markets going crazy, trade wars usually lead to hot wars, it is not looking good.

I think back in the 1970's during the fuel crisis, there was a short conflict between the US and Ian.  Iran blockaded the straits and the US blew up a few Iranian radar stations - it did not last long.

The US has now sent a carrier group to the Iranian waters - it is stoking tensions. Iranians are crazy and have a religious belief that war with the US is inevitable - and are now threatening to fire missiles at Israel if the US gets involved.  Trump is upping the rhetoric by warning them - He is ready to take them out.

Looks like the US is bord with trade wars, as there is not much left that can be done.  Focus is now on Iran and developing invasion plans. All militaries do contingency and what if planning, with Iran things seem to be a bit more real. 120,000 troop plan.

The Rhetoric is continuing - Trump just sent out a tweet that Iran will no longer official exist, they should not threaten America.
China now showing anti- American movies on state media to prepare for war.  It is early stages, but I think both sides have gone down a path of no-return.

Yes every munition has it own characteristics, the parth that it travels, noise made, size of explosion and damage, fragments etc.

The latest info is that Iran used underwater drones to damage the oil tankers. The US sent an aircraft carrier battle group to the area, now are claiming victory as Iran stopped the aggression. Iran is desperately due to failing economy and sanctions

It is continuing to escalate- Iran shot down a US drone yesterday and Trump calling it a big mistake.  Even India is sending warships into the area.

I believe it's now prudent to make sure ones fuel stocks are in good order. Prices of petroleum products may jack up something fierce and this will be compounded by a weakening Australian dollar.

I picked up three 44 galon drums that had held e85 racing fuel, a free gift from my adopted wild child (a young lady, daughter of an outlaw bikie, who I have a special relationship with). One drum still partially full. Maybe I should fill them up.

You have probably heard by now that Trump ordered a strike that was in motion and then they were called to stand down.  Civilian aircraft  (US and Quantas as well) have now been diverted away from Iranian and the Arabian gulf air space.  It was on ABC radio news as well.

It's widely reported by MSM Trump gave the Generals the greenlight for an attack and then White House staff convinced Trump to turn the planes around and order them to come home!

It is an oil filled tinder box with plenty of sparks all around.  It won't take much for Iranian war to start.  They attacked a British oil tanker with 5 gun boats.   Nearly ended up in a major escalation. 

They have also exceeded levels of enriched Uranium, and have stated they are taking the enrichment process further.

Could all this be because Trump wouldn't continue the $500B that Obama was paying to Iran?
The whole world is a powder keg at the moment, with major intercontinental conflicts very close to tipping point all over the world.

This Iran is obviously at the forefront and then the China thing is running a very close 2nd with the Philippines president begging for the war with China so they can claim their waters back that China has moved into and is shooting up and sinking fishing trawlers
