This is a real handy situation developing, as most of the track maps I have looked at have it missing the Fukushima Daiichi area. (However one track map goes awful close to that area - and as Nth Qlders know - Cyclones, Hurricanes and Typhoons are a law unto themselves).
Last thing the world needs now is a strong typhoon hitting them at their current stage of rod removal. From Fukushima;
53% of Spent Fuel Rods Removed from Reactor 4May 10, 2014 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Translator via EX-SKF / May 7, 2014 / As of May 7, 2014, 814 fuel assemblies (22 new (unused) assemblies, 792 used fuel assemblies) out of the total 1533 in the Reactor 4 Spent Fuel Pool have been successfully removed.

When I looked at my track maps - there appear to be four smaller storms cells/typhoons in that area that could affect its current 'expected' direction.
(Just when we think we have enough globally to deal with - we get a possible wild card thrown in).

Latest info from H-K forecast track of Typhoon Neoguri; (It appears that this will decrease to a severe tropical storm - still could pose an issue at Fukushima - {as TEPCO don't even seem capable of changing a toilet paper roll when it's finished without having global implications, so I would consider torrential downpour would become a serious issue to them. IMO, if you look up the dictionaries meaning of the word 'Incompetent/Incompetence' = I bet the definition says 'TEPCO'}).
