Dr. Emmett Brown: "If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour... you're gonna see some serious shit."
Thanks Gaz, that's rather cool news. Might have to look into it further.

Chicken poop is useful as fertilizer and for building algae in a fishpond partifularly in an Aquaponics system. Indeed. With the fertalizer, Mum always told me not to get it on the plant itself, as it can burn the plant. Not sure if this is true or an old wives tail, but chook poop does work well. I used to hate raking the chook pen as a kid lol I have seen a chook pen built above an aquaponics pond, with a wire bottom so the poop automatically falls in. Some fish will also eat it.

If anyone is considering the latter suggestion remember that unless correctly balanced and stabilised (Auto correct keeps trying to force a Z down my throat) you are literally creating a disaster. it may not happen instantly, but over time such compounds degrade, the by products reduce stability also the original products that the by products are made of are diminished and are present to promote stability, short version, don't make things if you don't understand and or respect it enough.
Sorry for the highjack, otherwise I'm a big fan of chicken poo, once watered down and aged it is excellent for the veggie patch, for that matter so are shredded chickens.
