Click on images to enlarge Been harvesting some delicious Parasol mushrooms. Lepiota procera. Did the appropriate spore test to make damn sure they aren't the poisonous look-a-like. I did find 3 examples of the far less edible Lepiota hemorrhagica that stains red when bruised not far from the delicious procera's The 3 field mushrooms in the bottom left corner are interesting. The pale one with the very thick stem could be taken for a different species but I've laid it out on white paper to see if it produces the dark purple/brown spore of field mushrooms. All these tested negative for the yellow stain test that marks the field mushies that cause gastric upsets.
