tacticalintelligence.net/food-storage-calculatorsThis calculator will help you determine how much food you will need to store for a given number of adults and children. Categories are left fairly broad since not everyone enjoys eating the same kind of staples (ie some prefer rice over wheat and others like both). After you arrive at the required amount of food, this next calculator will tell you how many 5-gallon buckets you’ll need to purchase in order to store all that food, as well as the amount of floor space (in square footage) you’ll need based on how high you want to stack your buckets. Note: Keep in mind that some 5-gallon bucket lids are not heavy duty. If you are using a thinner type, there is a possibility that the lids will crack under the strain of multiple stacked buckets. For this reason it is recommended that you only stack 2 high. The other option is to place a small piece of plywood on the rim of the buckets you will be stacking on. Note: The weights/sizes etc are US metric systems. Conversion below; 1 lb = 0.453592 kgs 1 gal = 3.78541 litres It is a pretty handy site.

This is clearly based [plagiarized yet copyrighted lol] on the LDS manual.
Looking it over, there's more than enough energy per day at about 11,000Kj [RDI is about 8700kj, though it will vary, aka you might get fat lol], there's enough protein, enough variety in protein sources for all of your amino acids, it's got enough fats, so your macro nutrients are covered. It's not a balanced diet, it has zero fruit or veggies so you'll not have enough vitamins and possibly minerals. That is it's not in line with the recommended daily nutrition and you will eventually get deficiencies, scurvy and rickets are 2 that come to mind. It would have to be supplemented with vitamins or better still other food sources that have them, be it veggie patch, fruit trees or whatever. You can get Vitamin C via sprouting the grain I suppose as one option.
The problems with these kinds of things is that whilst it would get you out of trouble for an extended period, and FAR FAR better than nothing, it really 'could' cover the other bases at the same time and at least mention the necessity to include them.
Finally I think most of us would also suggest that stock your cupboard with extra food you eat normally first, then look at the long term options such as on that website also.
