My daughter was dating a Russian recently. He was early 40's, worked in national security, was a hard core metrosexual. When he stuffed up my little 5ft 48kg tiger tore his heart out, stomped it under her boot and messed with his head until he was a crying, quivering mess.

I wouldn't say my sample size is huge, but the four that I've met over the years have been folks that I would't intentionally shake their jimmies hahaha!
Edit: Actually when I reconsider I think perhaps you're right. I think perhaps the over-riding attribute that I would apply to the Russians I've met would be more like bloody-minded rather than strong-minded. Not sure that's a clear explanation but they definitely aren't folks that I'd start a fight with for funzies.

It might take a lot more than taking away fast food and crap tv. My personal opinion is those are not really luxuries, they are unhealthy and should not be missed. Ahhh but therein lies the rub. Should not ≠ Will not.

Digesting small things I have read in a number of places.... It seems some people are thinking the definition of WW3 will be long series of brush fire type wars.. One after another, than another.. Not necessarily adjasent to one another, but spreading across region after region.. And not a global type conflict like WW2 was...
Pretty much consuming all the resources of the region, displacing people, and all that goes with ...for the lack of a better term, tribe on tribe type conflicts... Like trying to manage fights in all 4 corners of a play ground at once...
At this time.. I kinda agree with this opinion.. Tomorrow could change a lot of things.. %%% %%% Edit to mention.... Like said... ANYTHING, ANYTHING at all that threatens the supply and price of coffee and tea will have me pi$$ed to the max...

That's just NWO fear mongering, trying to keep the masses scared because they don't fear covid any more. A scared sheeple more inclined to accept draconian new controls.

I guess I have not considered the option of nukes in most of my thinking so far.. Considering this a seperate issue...
However.... Thinking about it a little... My first thoughts are ....for instance... Russia will not be the first to launch a nuke.. It could happen from another area launching into Russia.. This all depending on how desperate ....fill in the blank... nation, area, feels... I have no idea how conditions will have to be in ...fill in the blank... to get them to launch against Russia...
I guess you coould apply a lot of the same to China ?? ??

China's #1 priority is stability. They love the threat of nukes, but unless being actively invaded on the Chinese mainland (as opposed to being removed from somewhere else that they had attacked), it would be very unlikely they would fire first.
President Poutine however...who knows.

I used to watch the trend journal usawatchdog.com/wwiii-has-begun-gerald-celente/You Need "Guns, Gold, & A Getaway Plan", Celente Warns "WWIII Has Begun" " What followed the Great Depression? War. What followed the dot com bust? More war. That’s right. Georgie Bush’s ratings were way down, and the Nasdaq was down 66% before 9/11.” Celente goes on to point out the economy in the USA is failing. For proof, look no further than the “16% inflation” destroying paychecks of Americans, especially at the gas pump. Celente also says in the commercial real estate market in NYC alone, only 35% of the office space is being rented. That means 65% is vacant, and it’s the same all over the country. Celente predicts, “We are headed for an economic calamity the likes of which we have never seen in our lifetime. They are getting our minds off it with the war in Ukraine... You know, I wrote in the magazine in the beginning of the year, we said that the Covid war would wind down by late March and mid-April. It’s winding down... So, now, as we said in the magazine, we went from the Covid war to the Ukraine war, and now to world war. We are headed to World War III... There is not a peep about a cease-fire. Biden is only bragging about more weapons being sent in. Biden says we are going to defeat the Russians. We are not backing down. No one is talking about a cease-fire, and no one is talking about peace. If we don’t unite for peace, we are all going to die in war.” In closing, Celente is warning about some sort of event or false flag giving the banking powers a reason to shut down the banks and separating you from your money. Celente warns,

Iran striking Israel with s nuke --- --- Maybe replace ....fill in the blank... striking Israel with a nuke... I have to guess there are several other nations capable of this, and more than willing ...IF, emphisis on BIG IF... they think they could get away with it ....and not get there a$$ handed to them in the next hot second...
My 5 cents of opinion on that thought...

Get familiar with the effects of a northern hemisphere nuke war on us down under. Its not the radiation that we need to worry about as most of the nasty radio nuclides will be decayed in the two to three weeks it takes to pass over the equator, its the nuclear winter, with temps as low as -30 degrees c at the equator after a fully fledged war with hundreds of nukes going off. Even a limited exchange will se temps at the equator as low as 0 deg c during the night in mid summer. Yes, we are a target, Pine Gap and Honeysuckle creek installations are on the list, perhaps New Zealand is the safest country in the world, but they will still have the nuclear winter issue to contend with. The good news is that the winter should pass in a month or so and the earth will gradually warm up. So, adding it all up, you need 4 weeks food, and heating supplies, another 2 to 3 weeks to replant, another 4 to 6 months for things to grow and be ready for harvest, if they do grow. 12 weeks + of food stores to survive. Are you ready ? This is without considering the radioactive fall outs effects on the soil and growth patterns. Then, this prolonged wet spell in northern NSW, SE Qld has us reevaluating our gardens due to the waterlogged ground conditions. Considering growing in 30 liter buckets, on stands out of the wet. Checked my Geiger counter the other day and put new battery's in it. Just checked some of my bee hives, lost one, so closed it off to prevent robbing. The other 50 all had bees in them, and one went for me. Still, my immune system needed a tune up to protect me from covid. Serve me right, at 6:45 pm and with drizzling rain falling. Note to self, don't open a box in those conditions, especially without gear on ! (There were no bee hanging around at the entrance, so I thought it was dead as well and removed the lid. Bad move !) Just managed to put it back on and get out of the way. Went back a few minutes later and did up the em-lock clip.
The bag that breaks is always the one with the eggs in it.

Yes, we are a target, Pine Gap and Honeysuckle creek installations are on the list, perhaps New Zealand is the safest country in the world, but they will still have the nuclear winter issue to contend with. Debatable. One solid EMP puts those installations in deep freeze. No need to waste expensive, difficult to produce in short time nukes when a well-placed EMP weapon would do the same thing. Not to mention you could deny that you had any involvement and I don't think China's stupid enough to do anything other than put their hands in the air and say 'naaaah wasn't us though!'. Now there's something to be said for messaging and dropping a nuke on the centre of Aus would probably be a very vocal statement... But that's why I think it's one of the less likely outcomes at this stage. The US would have to treat a physical attack on the gap as an act of war and China would know that. They don't do things overtly if they don't have to so I can't see that being a first step of any sort unless they were ready to start an all out WW3. Will they be there one day? Possibly. But I definitely don't think they're there yet.

I still think that the US facilities in Aus are targets, and there is continued speculation that these bases are powered by nuke reactors. I'm skeptical about that, but it may be true as the Yanks are not particularly honest about that sort of thing. There is a severe cme event heading towards the Earth, so it may be prudent to disconnect the radio aerial for a few days. We have a few conventional bulb type torches scattered around, one i the power room, one in the shed and a 6 cell mag-lite in the carport, within easy reach as a head smasher just in case. I think it interesting that we are being made dependent on a technology (transistors, IC's etc), based on materials that can be relatively easily damaged or degraded by a EMP etc. Things like led torches are very neat, with low power consumption, but it will all come crashing down if nuked.
A lecture on time travel will be held yesterday.
